Esther McVey presents a petition in Parliament on behalf of local Park Home owners. That petition called for a change in the way that service changes are calculated.
The request is that it moved from being based on Retail Price Index to Consumer Price Index.
UPDATE: the Bill was given Royal Assent on the 1st May 2023 and the change came into effect on the 1st July 2023
