Esther McVey MP asks about Astra Zeneca's decision to build their new factory outside the UK because of government indecision.

On the 3rd February, there was an urgent question about Astra Zeneca. the company themselves have said the new government refused to honour the agreement struck by the last government and kept avoiding giving any sort of decision.

As a result, they are now building outside the UK. How does that fit with the drive for growth?
