Esther McVey asks the Minister about the Government's change of heart on leaseholders funding fire safety repairs

Having argued, as the Housing Minister, for leaseholders not to bear the cost of necessary fire safety remediation work that they had no knowledge off, Esther McVey MP asks the Secretary of State for Levelling Up about the change of direction the Government has taken. She also asks what has happened to change their mind.
