If you are in a position to help someone locally that is fantastic. This postcard was the brainchild of a teacher down South and is now being used as far away as Australia! Please use the link below to print it off and put it through the door of anyone locally who might need help.
If you need help (or know someone who does) or you are able to help yourself, then below you can find the details of what local towns and parishes have told me they are doing.
If a Parish isn't listed and it has plans in place, please ask them to get in touch so I can add them to the list.
